Governance & Structure

Beyond Surviving Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) is a fully registered charity in Ireland. All funds and donations go directly to carrying out our charitable purpose1 for public benefit. Beyond Surviving’s governing body is the voluntary Board of Trustees (see here) who are responsible for ensuring transparency, best practice and compliance with the Charities Governance Code and the Charities Act. All members serve on a voluntary basis, none of whom receive a salary or allowances. The Board meets regularly to ensure effective governance systems and processes are in place and that all legal obligations are fulfilled. The Board provides leadership and stewardship for the organisation.
