Anxiety advice

I recently discovered that listening to birds chirping and singing for just 6 mins per day is proven to lower anxiety levels. And to be honest, I find it really works. I listen to it on Spotify in the mornings while I’m making my breakfast or just getting ready and it really makes me feel so calm and relaxed especially before the day ahead.
