I’m a huge fan of emotional freedom technique EFT or tapping as it’s more commonly known. It’s similar to accupuncture but without the needles so it’s less invasive. I find it’s great to use alongside affirmations. I connect really well with it and feel a sense of calmness and emotional release. I find it very beneficial in managing anxiety and stress too. I’d definetely recommend and if anyone is interested in trying it out, I can share the classes I go to for online sessions (sometimes free classes!). Has anyone else tried EFT?
