This group has gelled together is just a short few months

I feel blessed this group exists. It is extremely well run by Ciara. Everyone has the opportunity to participate as much as they want. No one dominates the conversation. Ciara is very skilled at interjecting appropriately to bring others in or move the conversation on seamlessly. It leads to a safe conversation where everyone benefits. This group has gelled together is just a short few months & newcomers are made feel very included.
